Chair     opened meeting and reported on matters from previous minutes

Congratulations were offered to  Broadsword theatre for the success in the Scottish final

Web:- Website still active and being maintained, results have been inputted for festivals up to the Scottish youth and national

Social Media :- Quiet at present but up turn expected as fringe and panto starts

Festival:- Planning for 2027 EL&B  and beyond has started

Edinburgh will hoste the eastern Divisional round this year

Entries will be given FIXED dates to submit details for programme etc.

Open forum

1.      Merch we are currently sourcing EL&B branded goods, this takes time as we wish to get best value

2.      Fund raiser a Quiz is planned in the near future, finding a central venue is proving an issue

3.      Other points will be delt with in the coming year
